Defender Hockey Tournaments is back in action, bringing you the spirited St. Paddy's Puck Smackdown Tournament in New Jersey. This Round Robin tournament is set to dazzle across age levels from 14U to 16U, promising a weekend of top-tier hockey and Irish luck on display. The schedule is released 7-10 days before the event.

Divisional allocation is based on USA Hockey roster classification. However, the tournament operations staff may adjust placements to fit individual team competitiveness on a case-by-case basis.

York, Pennsylvania, is a beautiful location for this exciting tournament. There are plenty of activities to do in the area, including exploring the history of the United States. York is the birthplace of the Articles of Confederation, and visitors can learn more about this important historical document at the Colonial Courthouse.

Complimentary rooms are awarded on a per-night pick-up basis over the tournament dates. The complimentary room is applied to the 16th room reserved by the team. Teams that appear to qualify for a complimentary room will receive an email with instructions the week of the event on how to designate the recipient of the complimentary room. Please make sure all rooms for coach(es) are booked prior to the cutoff date. Please note that the complimentary guest room will be required to check in with a credit card. The comp room night(s) will be awarded at checkout. NOTE: The hotel(s) credit(s) eligible stays back to the credit card in the days following the event.

OVERVIEW

Defender Hockey Tournaments is thrilled to anticipate our upcoming Blizzard Cup tournament, a dynamic Round Robin event that will bring together age levels spanning from 10U to 18U, set across various rinks in Philadelphia, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware. Games begin Saturday at 8am, please be prepared to play at this time. The schedule is released 7-10 days before the event.

Divisional allocation is based on USA Hockey roster classification. However, the tournament operations staff may adjust placements to fit individual team competitiveness on a case-by-case basis.
